GRATITUDE———–RECOGNIZE THE GOOD.

I have learnt that being thankful is the highest form of thought and that when you give thanks for a little you will find a lot. Gratitude is an attitude for acknowledging benefits bestowed on you and i believe the best thing someone can do for him/herself is to shift focus from whatever is bothering you and focus on happiness.
I thank God for God, for knowing him, love, patience, grace, mercy, favor, blessings, kindness, forgiveness, help, providence, guidance, protection, strength, success, life and small mercies.
Life is usually not always rosy but at times just being in a particular place at a time makes all the difference, a smile, a step, a sound can make a lot of difference. I have read, felt, and been taught that a little gratitude makes a life easier because when you live a life a gratitude, your attitude towards everything changes and then you feel lighter, happier, more at ease and then life a s you know it would begin to make a whole lot of sense.
I am thankful for mistakes because the mistakes have taught me lessons, and i know my troubles would turn into blessings. I am also thankful for love, water, air, food, tea, small blessings, little pleasures, movies, books, sleep, light, family, friends, clothes, joy, small changes……..for everything.
